Now days there are various fatherhood initiative programs dedicated to instilling the principle of responsible fatherhood, into the fathers out there. These organizations do this in many ways. They assist fathers and their families in workforce development and job placement. If the father does not have the necessary skills, they also assist with training and certification, so that he can be placed in a job. Thereafter he is sent for career management and advancement programs so that he can climb the corporate ladder. Now they provide an equal amount of assistance and resources to help fathers connect with their wives and children on an emotional level. So as much as emphasis is placed on them becoming successful members of society, they are also made aware of the fact that he proper foundation must be laid down, before the financial benefits can be enjoyed. Fathers are human beings, they have their flaws and they make mistakes. It is the role of the community at large to make an effort to raise up more responsible fathers.
